How long will it take?
Standard turnaround PRINT time is two weeks from your sign-off on work order and art proof. Please make sure you plan enough up front time for the design process. We take that part very seriously. Let us know your deadline when you submit a request for quote so we can make sure we can accommodate you.
Where are you located?
We actually work out of our red barn, but we do not maintain a conventional storefront. Our business is conducted primarily over the web. When you work with us you will review proofs and approve of job details online. You are always encouraged to call 860-575-5894 to talk to a real person. We promise, no endless chain of choices and punching numbers.
Do you have minimums?
Yes- We have a 12-piece minimum for screenprinting. You can mix shirt sizes and even shirt colors to meet the 12-piece minimum. There will be an additional charge if we have to change ink color for different color shirts in a print run. There is a 6-piece minimum for embroidery. You can mix garment types to meet the minimum.
